Thank you for visiting the Contaminated Sites Approved Professionals Society website. Use of this website (referred to as "this site") is governed by theses terms and conditions and by applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations. In this website, the Contaminated Sites Approved Professionals Society is referred to as the “Society”.
The Society makes this website and the content featured or displayed on this website, including without limitation, all information, materials, text, graphics, photographs, images, sound, illustrations and software, available for use subject to these terms and conditions as they may be changed from time to time by the Society.
By browsing, visiting, accessing or using this site in any way, you are, without limitation or qualification in any way, accepting and agreeing to abide by and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Use of Information by the Society
The Society collects information provided by the users of this site in a database that the Society uses to generate follow-up messages for the Society’s use only and statistical reports concerning users of this site. The Society does not presently sell the information contained in the database of information collected from users to any third party and does not currently make any other use of such information.
Registration and Passwords
Use of certain parts of this website is limited to certain users as specifically authorized though the issuance of a password. If such a password is issued to you, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any such password assigned to you and for and damages from the use of your password, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to notify the Society of any unauthorized use of your password promptly after such unauthorized use becomes known to you. The Society shall have no responsibility or liability whosoever with respect to the unauthorized use of a password or any activities that occur through such unauthorized use.
User Conduct
In using this site, users are not to: (1) disrupt or interfere with any other user’s enjoyment of the site, or (2) use or attempt to use another’s password, or (3) access or attempt to access any part of the site which the user is not authorized to access, or (4) disrupt or interfere with the security or otherwise cause harm to the site or materials or services accessible through the site.

Documents, images, and information proprietary to the Society, including the contents of the descriptions of the business of the Society, biographical descriptions of its representatives and personnel, press releases, and other public notices, together with any associated graphic elements (collectively referred to as Society materials), may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, or otherwise used provided the following terms are adhered to strictly:
- A copyright notice in the form "© 2011 Contaminated Sites Approved Professionals Society. Used with Permission. All Rights Reserved." must appear in every copy or reproduction of Society materials.
- Society materials may be used solely for non-commercial purposes, such as informational, and personal use and shall not be further copied, uploaded to any network, intranet or Internet, rebroadcast or retransmitted, or otherwise disseminated in any medium without the express written permission of The Society.
- Society materials may only be used in their entirety, without alteration, editing, condensation, or editorial comment, and any graphical elements contained in Society materials may not be used separately from the other elements with which they are associated.
- Society materials shall not be used to ridicule, disparage, harass, or annoy any member or client of the Society.
No other use of Society materials shall be permitted without the prior written consent of the Society. Society materials available for use as set forth above do not include any materials accessible only through the password protected area of the site or the design, layout, arrangement, or distinctive elements of this site or of any other website maintained by the Society or its divisions, subsidiaries, or affiliated companies.
Documents, Images, Information, and Other Materials Proprietary to Others
The content of this site may from time to time include (1) documents, images, information, and other materials not proprietary to the Society and (2) articles, data, information, or other elements published in newspapers, magazines, or other media or venues and may include the name, trade name, or trademark of the medium or venue in which such materials were published. Any use whatsoever of any such third party materials is strictly prohibited unless the prior written permission of the appropriate third party has been obtained.
Use of Site at Own Risk
Every user who visits this site does so at his or her own risk. The Society makes no representations or warranties of any kind as to and assumes no responsibility for (a) the accuracy or completeness of the information or materials contained in or any errors or omissions in the contents of this site (which may include factual or typographical errors and technical inaccuracies); (b) the availability for use of any copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise proprietary materials of third parties that may appear in this site; (c) the presence or absence of computer viruses or other bugs that third parties may embed in or attach to this site without the Society's knowledge or consent; (d) any software made available for downloading, copying, or other use through this site; or (e) the merchantability, fitness for use, title, and non-infringement of any or all of the contents of this site.

Although it is not our intention to do so, the Society reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the site at any time if we have cause to do so (including without limitation our good faith belief that you have violated the Terms of Use) without prior notice and without liability.

The Society reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to add, modify or otherwise change these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part at any time.
