Welcome to the CSAP submissions page.
Submissions must be sent directly to the CSAP office. Please ensure to include the following in your submission:
- required reports,
- CSS application signed by the applicant,
- CD or DVD containing the completed instrument and cover letter templates in Word 2003 or below version, and
- submission fees.

CSAP members now have the options to use the Online CSAP Submissions Manager to complete the CSS application and related Ministry instrument templates in Electronic file format.
